CelestraSlots Privacy Policy

Last Updated: April 12, 2026. This policy is based on the current code implementation of the mobile application CelestraSlots.

CelestraSlots is a casual arcade-style mobile game focused on a local single-player experience. Based on the current project code, the app centers on offline gameplay, virtual credits, and locally stored progression systems. The current version does not provide real-money gambling, cash withdrawals, real-money settlement, or real-money in-app purchases.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information related to your use of the app and what choices may be available to you.

1. Information We Process

1.1 Personal Information You Actively Provide

Based on the current version of the code, the app does not require account registration and does not actively ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, identification number, or other information that directly identifies you.

1.2 Local Gameplay and Save Data

To run the game and restore your progress, the app may process and store the following data locally on your device:

Player wallet and performance data, such as virtual credits, run count, clears, total payout, and streak records.
Gameplay preference settings, such as confirmation before starting, home card tips, preview buttons, card badges, and reduced motion preferences.
Command system and extended progression data, such as missions, season progress, tokens, supplies, boosters, mode mastery, statistics, archives, and activity feed items.
Mode-related local records, such as play counts, best rewards, and best streaks for individual game modes.

This data is used only to support local gameplay, interface display, reward calculation, performance summaries, and progress restoration when the app is reopened.

1.3 Device Permissions and Sensitive Information

Based on the current project code, the app does not currently include or request:

Access to contacts, photos, camera, microphone, precise location, or similar sensitive permissions.
A push notification permission flow.
Advertising identifier tracking, ATT authorization requests, or cross-app tracking.
Third-party advertising, analytics, or crash reporting SDKs.

2. How We Store and Use Information

Based on the current implementation, the app uses Apple's local storage mechanism UserDefaults to save a versioned local snapshot. The current snapshot key is celestra_slots_snapshot_v1.

This local snapshot mainly includes:

PlayerWallet: virtual credits and basic run statistics.
PlayerSettings: gameplay and interface preferences.
CommandCenterState: missions, season state, equipment, records, and activity feed data.

We process this information only to:

Operate, display, and maintain the app's core single-player gameplay experience.
Calculate virtual rewards, mode progress, mission progress, season progress, and local statistics.
Restore your local progress and settings after the app is reopened.
Support in-app reset and debug-style tools on the Settings screen, such as Fresh Start, Reset Credits, Reset Stats, and Reset Command.

Based on the current implementation, this data is stored locally on your device only and is not actively uploaded by us to our own servers.

3. Features Not Included in the Current Version

Based on the current project code, the app does not currently include:

Account systems, login or registration, cloud saves, online leaderboards, multiplayer features, or social features.
Real-money payments, subscriptions, real-money in-app purchases, or withdrawal features.
Third-party advertising SDKs, personalized ads, behavioral profiling, or cross-app tracking.
Third-party analytics platforms, event tracking services, or crash reporting services.

Any credits, tokens, season unlocks, supplies, or rewards shown in the app are virtual in-app content only and do not represent real money, legal tender, securities, or withdrawable value.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

Based on the current implementation, we do not actively sell, rent, or share your personal information or local game data with third parties. Disclosure may occur only in limited circumstances, such as:

With your explicit consent or authorization.
To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal process, or lawful government requests.
To protect our rights, users, the public, or the security of the app.
In connection with a merger, acquisition, asset transfer, or similar transaction where permitted by law.

5. Third-Party Platform Notice

If you download, install, or update CelestraSlots through Apple App Store or another distribution platform, the platform operator may process information related to your device, account, downloads, diagnostics, or transactions under its own privacy policy. That platform-level processing is outside our direct control.

6. Data Retention and Security

6.1 Retention Period

Under the current version, local save data is generally retained until one of the following occurs:

You manually use reset functions within the app, such as Fresh Start or similar reset controls.
You uninstall the app or clear app data through your device settings.
A future version changes the save structure and older data is migrated, overwritten, or no longer retained.

6.2 Security Measures

We take reasonable measures to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss of information. However, no device storage method or software system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Your Choices and Rights

In the current version, you can generally manage data related to you in the following ways:

Stop using the app.
Uninstall the app through your device operating system.
Use the available reset controls in the app's Settings screen to reset major local progress data.
Adjust preference toggles in Settings to control interface and gameplay-related options.

Because the current version does not include an account system, online user center, or cloud profile page, there is generally no separate online portal for exporting, correcting, or deleting data.

8. Children's Privacy

The current version of the app is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us using the details below.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time based on product changes, operational needs, or legal requirements. If future versions add account systems, cloud sync, online functionality, analytics services, advertising services, payment capabilities, or other third-party services, we will update this policy accordingly and revise the Last Updated date at the top of this page.
